We offer discounts for stays 7 nights or longer, we also offer discounts when multiple units are booked at the same time.

Can I extend my rental period?

We are happy to extend your rental as long as the dates are available.

What happens if I need assistance outside of regular business hours?

Between the hours of 8pm and 8am, we still have someone to help you, we ask that you CALL the number provided during your stay.

How do I report any issues or problems with the rental property?

Please notify our property manager about any issues or problems that may arise.

What are the policies regarding pets, smoking, and other restrictions?

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee of $200. No Smoking. No Street Parking.

Are there any additional fees or charges?

Pool Heating is an additional charge. There are also fees for events & commercial shoots.

What is included in the rental price?

Access to stay at the property for the agreed upon dates is included in the rental price. Hot tub heating is included.

Terms of Service

1.1 Accommodation Reservations.

An Accommodation Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the Accommodation. The Host retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, to the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) permitted by your contract with the Host, and (iii) permitted by applicable law. If you stay past checkout, the Host has the right to make you leave in a manner permitted with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests.

Pool & Spa Heating ($200/night for Pool heat – Spa Heating included in stay)
** Pool heating requires 24hr notice prior to check in & cannot heat for a portion of your stay, we require all nights **
** Included: Spa is heated from 6pm to 2am at 102 degrees **
*** Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. If you pay for pool heating, we will ensure the pool is heated during the day and then the spa kicks on from 6pm to 2am. If you want to change the schedule, just let us know. But both cannot be heated at the same time ***

Cancellation Policy

1.6 Flexible Rate:

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund, excluding any processing fees. If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, the first night’s stay, including taxes and fees, will be charged. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.

1.7 Non-Refundable Rate:

Reservations made under this rate are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

1.8 Special Events & Holiday Policy:

For reservations during special events or holidays, a minimum of 7 days& notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the full deposit.

1.9 Group Booking Policy:

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, a separate cancellation policy applies. Please contact our reservations team for more details. Please note that any modifications to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
